How is YOUSR so much cheaper than competitors?
We don't pay for expensive cloud servers, we don't limit users or transactions, and we built this specifically for small businesses who just need affordable ZATCA compliance. Cloud SaaS providers charge 200-400 SAR monthly (2,400-4,800 SAR yearly) to cover their infrastructure costs. Since YOUSR runs on your PC, you only pay once per year.
Is my data really secure with YOUSR?
Completely secure. Your financial data is stored only on your own computer—not on our servers, not in any cloud. We can't access your data even if we wanted to. You have 100% control. For backup, simply copy the database folder to an external drive or cloud storage of your choice.
Does it really work 100% offline?
Yes. Internet is only needed twice: (1) When first activating your license, and (2) When submitting invoices to ZATCA (which is legally required anyway). If you don't have internet when creating an invoice, it's queued and you can submit it manually later when internet is available. All invoicing, inventory, reports, and POS features work completely offline.
What if my computer crashes?
Your database is stored locally in a single folder that you can easily backup to an external drive, USB, or cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). If your computer crashes, simply install YOUSR on a new computer and restore from your backup. We recommend backing up regularly—it takes just seconds to copy one folder.
Can I use YOUSR on multiple devices?
One license activates on one device at a time. However, you can deactivate from one device and activate on another through your customer portal. If you need multiple users working simultaneously, they can share one device or you can purchase additional licenses at the same affordable rate.
What happens when my license expires?
Your data remains safely on your computer and fully accessible in read-only mode. You can view all past records, generate reports, and export data. To continue creating new invoices and transactions, simply renew your license for another year through the customer portal at the same price.
How do I get support?
Multiple ways: (1) Customer portal at yousr.app has a support ticket system, (2) WhatsApp support during business hours, and (3) In-app help documentation. Yes. Each company requires its own license (1,550 SAR per company per year). You can manage all your licenses from one customer portal account and easily switch between companies in the desktop app. All companies' data stays separate and secure on your PC.
